Business Rates

This October, all businesses will receive their new business rates valuation, together with a breakdown of how it has been calculated.

Please look out for your valuation in the post and check the details on it thoroughly. If there are any errors, you might end up saving money.

The new valuations will form the basis of business rates bills for the next five years, so it’s important that you inform the Valuation Office Agency before 30 November, 2009. (Website address given below).
